We began our day by visiting either the Natural History or the Science museum. Most of us went to the Natural History museum, but there were a few of us who preferred to visit the Science museum. Both of them were very educational and interactive, and we had lots of fun pressing buttons *<l:o). The museum shops sold many strange artefacts, such as elephant poop and feather quills.

After visiting the museums, we had a bit of a dilemma with the transportation to Oxford street. There wasn't a straight connection from the museums to Oxford street by the tube, so we decided to walk through Hyde park and take a bus at the end of the park. After the walk, we took the bus, but got off on the wrong stop. We then had to wait for the next one, before we were able to continue on our journey.

We split up into groups, which we were able to choose ourselves, and were given four hours of shopping time, during which most of us ate lunch. Tiia and Aurora have so far bought a total of twenty-four cd:s. The girls displayed quite extraordinary shopping skills.

After shopping we were all very tired and took the tube back to Greenwich instead of repeating our previous stroll through the park. The tubes were full to the brink and we were suffocating in agony (okay, a bit of an over-exaggeration, but it was awful nonetheless!). We had dinner at the same local pub we dined on Monday. After having a slightly-burnt meal (in some cases), most of us went to Tesco Express to buy some candy and other sweets as souvenirs to our beloved families.

Here are the links to all the museums we have visited during our expedition in the concrete jungles of the treacherous city some call London:
